KP Securities Private Limited is a licensed brokerage firm and Trading Right Entitlement Certificate (TREC) holder of the Pakistan Stock Exchange. Incorporated in June 2007, the Company offers professional brokerage services for equities, institutional trading, and investment support to clients across Pakistan.

Mr. Muhammad Fayyaz Ali
Mr Muhammad Fayyaz Ali is Chief Executive Officer of the company. He is also serving as the Company Secretary of KP Securities. After doing his master’s degree in business, he joined a leading brokerage house in 1994 as an equity trader. He is with the Pakistan capital markets since he has joined it and worked as equity trader to chief Executive Officer. His dynamic contribution of knowledge, experience and character is playing a vital role in enhancing company’s reputation, clientele and revenue progressively.
Mr. Fazal Hussain
Mr. Fazal Hussain He is graduated from the University of Punjab with Economics in 1964. He has a very vast experience of the economy of Pakistan by serving various positions in private and public sectors. He has more than twenty years’ experience as capital market investor and five years as head of brokerage operations. His vast experience of trading and management plays a vital role in the prosperity of the company.

Mr. Mubashir Nazir is a Director of the company. He is a Graduate and has more than five years’ experience of stock trading.

He possesses over twenty years of extensive experience in Pakistan’s capital markets, having served at various renowned brokerage houses in Islamabad and Lahore. Throughout his professional career, he has gained comprehensive expertise in equity trading, brokerage operations, client relationship management, and capital market regulations.
